Frequently asked questions

1. Do you offer free quotations?

Yes, we provide a free design consultation and project estimate. This usually begins with a short discussion about your garden layout, approximate dimensions, and the type of decking you are considering. If the project appears suitable, we will arrange a site visit to assess levels, access, and structural requirements before preparing a detailed quotation.

2. Do you install decking outside Merseyside?

We primarily design and install composite decking for homeowners across Merseyside and Cheshire, including areas such as Liverpool, Prescot, St Helens and Warrington, but also cover areas of Lancashire and Greater Manchester.

If you’re located slightly outside these areas, feel free to get in touch and we’ll be happy to advise whether we can accommodate your project.

3. How soon can you start a project?

Project start times vary depending on our current schedule and the size or complexity of the installation. Smaller ground-level decks may sometimes be scheduled sooner, while larger raised or multi-level structures may require additional planning time before installation.

Many homeowners assume spring and summer are the best times to start a decking project, but these are often the busiest months for outdoor construction. Planning your project during the winter or early spring can sometimes allow for more flexibility in scheduling and ensure your deck is ready to enjoy when the warmer weather arrives. Rea our blog When Is the Best Time to Install Composite Decking in the UK? to find out more on this.

Regardless of the season, we’re always happy to discuss your ideas and provide guidance on realistic timeframes when you get in touch.
